Age:15 Why should we choose you over someone else: I love a good DarkRP server, and from what I see this is a great server. I have a lot of experience on how to deal with players, and even expand into a very large and prosperous community. In my time at my past DarkRP servers the server owners made well worth his money for the server, and we expanded and grew a great community of friends, and followers. I know most of the commands for admin, and the ones I do not know is only because I am a little rusty. I would love to help out a server and be a great admin that everyone can come on the server and just talk to if they need, but at the same time I am very able to make the decision needed for punishments even when it is a friend. Addons and different combinations to keep players happy is one of my specialties. My favorite thing when I enter a gmod DarkRP server is finding that there are great classes with a mixture of good weapons. Everyone has this kind of thing that they like, and I am very good at intercepting these ideas and making sure they get to fellow admins or the owner when needed. I think this is a great server and that we can grow it to make it as big as any other server. I would love to be apart of the staff team.  What experience do you have as a staff member: Once, again I consider myself as a veteran on DarkRP. I have been all sorts of ranks from mod-owner, I am personally very familiar with the commands and I know how to deal with sits.  I have been an admin on a server named NWA and 2 other servers. The other servers were a long time ago I cant seem to remember their names off the top of my head. if needed I can try and figure them out for you guys. On NWA you could pay for admin or you could earn it. I had over 100hrs on the server and was in good a relationship with all of the staff members. he granted me trial admin and loved my work on the server. so he bestowed upon me full admin powers. What days and hours can you be online: Everyday  Scenarios 1.) If someone is saying Racist Remarks in the chat or by mic. what do you do?: I would spy on them and if they did it again I would mute and warn them. If someone had proof I would also do the same if they proceed I would kick/ban. 2.) If someone is RDM'ing other members of the server. what do you do?:  I would TP to the player who was RDMed and have talk with him and get the rundown on the situation. After that i would tp the guy who RDMed him to us and get his side of the story. if the stories match and the man did it then i would warn him. If he says something completely different then i would lean my basis towards the man claiming the RDM. if the guy who RDMed says that he was shot at first then i would have to check logs and see who dealt damage first.  3.) If someone if Prop Surfing/Killing. what do you do?: I would check spawn logs, and advance to see if the person that was propkilled was killed by a prop, if they are caught propkilling I will warn them and kick if further action, if they continue I would ban them. If someone was propsurfing first, I would need proof. I would spy on them until I see it happen. I will proceed to warn and if caught again, kick-ban. 4.) If you have a situation that involves 2 or more members. what do you do?: If I had a situation that involves many members, I would listen to both sides of the story and check logs and see who is correct.Age:15
